You know that this is a brutal time for small businesses.

Nick, you and I got to see this up close as we drove out to Flushing Quints here in the

great city of New York.

Drove in separate cars, of course.

The streets we found are pretty empty.

Restaurants are either closed or they have those handmade signs that say, no, no, we're

doing takeout.

There is one place that is trying to pretend that everything is normal.

Your friendly neighborhood car repair shop.

My name is Audra Fordon.

I am the fourth generation and first female to take ownership of my family's auto repair

shop here in Flushing Queens, New York.

It's called Great Bear.

Audra has run this shop on a prime corner of real estate off Northern Boulevard since

1997.

It is a very loud intersection.

There's a lot of grease stains in the parking lot and the shop itself is very brightly

colored.

Just to describe it, what do we call this color?
