I think I've written maybe over two million words because I've been doing this a long time.

And one reason I want to do that is because there was a

out of my brain. I get what I know out of my brain, not because I think I'm great and the world

should know, but because I've helped people. I was coaching before I did the podcast. I've been doing

this a long time and I've helped a lot of people and a lot of people have benefited and their

lives have changed.

So I didn't want to keep this in myself and die with it.

I wanted to put it out there so others could learn and grow and heal and evolve.
