And today I'm going to be sharing some personal stories about my own struggle with admitting that I am

divorced. And not right now that sounded wrong. I'm currently currently married but that I've been divorced in the past

Didn't mean to give you all a bit of a heart attack z and I are very very happy so

Oh boy what a way to start off a show. We're going to jump into a bit of my story today

and some of the things that I've learned and observed when it comes to the topic of divorce and I am not a relationship expert but I think that some of the things that I may have to say perhaps will be illuminating

no matter what side of this issue you happen to fall on whether you've never been married you're

currently married and you've never been divorced or you've been divorced before and

are currently single or you've been divorced and you're remarried. So I just want to talk about this because I mentioned it recently

on my Instagram and I got so many,

so many amazing comments and people who feel very similarly to the way that I have felt in the past.

So yeah, this one's a little bit of a different episode today.
