I'm just gonna go ahead and say it. I'm going to say what I just said before we start a recording.

But I'm going to say something else, which is I'm very sleepy today. I'm very sleepy. I woke up at 4.30 for reasons unknown to me and just my body was like it's

time to get up now but yeah but I'm very sleepy and I just felt the need to declare it is all. Yeah now I feel like I've got

something going on I don't know what's happening I'm gonna blame hormones but like I really

haven't slept since like sometime before the live show.

Okay and then I feel like Sunday, no, Saturday night I slept great and I was like maybe I've turned a

corner and then last night it was like my body said nope you have not turned a

corner and we're gonna sit here and talk about I'm you're gonna think about is it time to go

ahead and make the cornbread for your dressing I had watched all the light we
