Hey everybody this is Sophie. This is Big Mama. Hey everybody it's Melanie. It's Big

Mama. The heat has gotten to me. The heat has gotten to me. No doubt. And we're we're

a hundred plus this week in Birmingham which I think is a sure sign that Jesus will return

soon. Because we just we don't typically live in in in in that neck of the woods. Temperature

levels. But here we are. Also Melanie and I have been writing a lot over the last several

days. And I feel like even last night I was I thought my brain can't seem to recalibrate.

I can't I'm having a hard time getting out just my normal conversational expressions. I've

been in my head too much. So it's always tricky to sort of have reentry. I feel like.

Yeah. That is the truth. And I'm going to tell you that I knew that I had written a lot

this weekend because of course this is Monday. But when I went to go to bed last night,

I slept five minutes. That's that's that's a stretch because me my brain like it two in
