Well we're back in our respective cities. We are and listen I'm going to say that my lingering

thing from SSEE Media days is I am so tired. It's like it's like I ran a marathon.

I know I didn't feel it at first because and of course as we talked about on the Patreon that we

talked about where we talked about media days you were on such an adrenaline surge those last several

hours like y'all think jumbo fisher talks fast you hadn't heard Melanie after she made a bomb

jumbo fisher. And so and I was so I mean like I came home and I was so energized and our friend

Todd was here. Yeah but the guys in our small group and Todd went to the lake this past weekend

and so it was just Alex in here and he worked all weekend and so I will say there was a there was

a kind of a moment where it was like I powered down it was like and it was just me and some

reading and some some television and and really an insane amount of real housewives.
