is Sophie, this is Lee Mama. Hey everybody, this is Melanie, it's Big Mama. I didn't mean to come in there quite so enthusiastically, I mean, for a Tuesday at 434, I'm going to tell you you had a lot more energy.

Well, you know, I'm trying to get my second wheel and I hate it. This time of day, I think back to school, to me, it's from 330 to like 8, it's just a killer.

I think that from 333 to probably 637, it's a challenge sometimes, but I will say this year, Alex has a teacher who shares my philosophy about homework, which is, you know, I kind of think it's pointless.

I mean, I understand what people do and I understand the need for practice and all that kind of stuff, but I think homework for the sake of homework is sort of worthless.

Yes.

And so it's my things, it's my things really nice. We have to study sometimes for tests and whatnot, but the homework is just to finish up whatever you didn't get finished during the day, which is awesome.

Yeah, that's nice. I don't really know yet. You know, we're only two days in. This is only our second day, but you know, what I have done at this point is I have filled out more forms. I have filled out forms on whether or not we are migrant farmers.

I have filled out forms on, you know, I mean, everything you can imagine, like what we need to be in the directory, you know, our philosophy on everything about life.

Signed pages lab safety. Caroline was so excited to come home today. Do you remember how big you felt the first time you were going to have like a science lab?

Oh, yeah, yeah, like she had to fill up. She said, Mom, you have to write on here. It's about chemical burns and safety goggles.

That's right up her alley. Oh, she's so happy. She was so excited about it. So it's just a lot of sign in and getting organized and logging into like this year.

I guess her math homework is on something called Ed Motto. Do you know what that is? Yes, ma'am. So anyway, so we've been doing all that.

And you know, Ed Motto, this is this is going to be like the nerdiest thing I've ever.

I can't really cross it ever into a field of expertise. I try to acknowledge, try not to acknowledge that I have.

But it's it's kind of designed to look like Facebook. So the kids, the younger kids really feel like they're doing something special when they get on Ed Motto because it kind of has that look and that feel.

So it makes them feel really, it makes them feel really kind of grown up because there's like, there's no way on earth you let her have a Facebook account right now, but she's got Ed Mato accountant like her.

You know, she can check in on our assignments and things and it's all it's very fancy. It's all. There's an Ed Mato app, by the way, for your iPad, if you.

Oh, or if you, you know, ever need to check in on anything.
