Hey everybody this is Sophie this is Be Mama. Hey it's Melanie it's Big Mama.

What's happening in San Antonio today? Well I am going to say that today was a big

day in the life of Melanie Shanko like I told you we had some car some

vehicle repairs that we had to do today we had to take care of. So we we dropped

my car off at the mechanic this morning we picked it back up at the mechanic

this afternoon and you might say that's a real quick turnaround. No it didn't get

fixed to the part that they had ordered didn't work so now it just is what it

is for another week. But before that all happened I made the monumental step and

I was a little scared I did it with some fear and trembling but I called AT&T

and I canceled my Uverse. Okay this is big this is big it felt big and I'm

going to be honest I had the most lovely customer service you know you dread

the call but I had the most lovely customer service rep. Her name was page she

had a Southern accent that made mine not sound Southern or yours for that

matter. She was she was delightful she was so happy to help me today she just
