Hey everybody this is Sophie and welcome to episode 198 of the Big Big Cast.

On this episode Melanie is going to talk about some new fitness and health goals, objectives,

and what she said for herself. I'm going to talk about what my renewed commitment to using my good genes,

a lactic acid on my face at night, where we are with that. And we're also going to talk about a question that came up over and over again

in your deums that you sent last week before the episode we recorded and we didn't get to this particular question last week.

So we're going to dig into that on this episode. Also we're going to talk a little bit about SEC football.

Hey everybody this is Sophie this is Bay Mama. Hey it's Melanie it's big mama. And I don't know what's going on there.

Well we're in our first day of virtual learning today. Okay all right. And I'm going to say it went pretty much the way I would expect it to.

So but you know I don't know we started the day with the panic. Caroline doesn't have a first period this year.

So her day started at the crack at 1015 which.

Listen that's the senior dream come true right there.

It is and then it started with that and then after I had told her repeatedly like hey last night I was like hey make sure that you have everything like the teachers had been sent out like the links for a Google classroom and all the stuff is that make sure you have everything so we're not in the last minute panic and at 1013 I hear her go mom.

And it was like oh yeah because you're in connect to the internet which is part of what I had told you last night like make sure that listen that's what I'm saying but first thing of senior year.

So which I would think I would be more you know sad but it doesn't really feel like much of a senior year right now.

I don't know what it would take to feel deep emotion at this.

I don't know what series of circumstances would have to happen.

But I feel relatively numb in terms of emotion what what else.

Yeah yeah.

Well okay it's funny because I have been reading the new Hunger Games you know there's the people to the Hunger Games the ballot of songbirds and snakes or whatever.

And I remember a simpler time I don't remember the first group of Hunger Games books but I remember thinking these are really interesting because they're very escapist in the way that like a Harry Potter is where this is like nothing that would ever actually really happen.

This is it's just it's like fantasy sci-fi kind of whatever I'm going to tell you I've been real disturbed reading the ballot.
