0:13.4	Do you remember that dramatic news story back in 2018 about the youth soccer team in Thailand
0:18.3	that got themselves trapped in a cave. They were exploring caves
0:22.4	out in the mountain area and there was suddenly dramatic rainfall and a great flood came and
0:27.3	they found themselves trapped in a cave stuck for 18 days. They were running out of food,
0:33.6	running out of oxygen, running out of time as the water gradually kept rising. You could imagine the panic,
0:40.5	the fear, the helplessness, wondering, will I ever make it out? Is this the end? Is this how it will be?
0:47.3	And just feeling like there's just nothing I can do to change the situation.
0:52.0	Thankfully, rescue workers and divers from all over the world came to Thailand
0:55.7	to try to help them and eventually found a way through and released them from the caves. You can imagine
1:00.9	their great jubilation in being rescued. But here's my question for you. Do you have areas in your life
1:07.3	where you feel trapped? Maybe not in a cave, but maybe trapped in a certain situation,
1:13.4	a certain thing going on in your job, or a certain thing happening in a certain relationship,
1:19.0	or do you ever feel trapped in your own sin? That there's just a certain weakness that you have
1:24.7	and you've been working on it for months, for years, and you
1:27.9	just don't feel any improvement and you just feel trapped. Is this just how I'm always going to be?
1:33.8	Or maybe you find yourself trapped in fear, that you're always worried and you want to trust God,
1:39.8	and you want to have interior peace and have confidence in the Father guiding you, but you just
1:44.7	find yourself always anxious and worried.
1:47.4	Or maybe you feel trapped in a certain relationship that's not healthy.
1:51.2	You know that something's off.
1:53.0	You want it to change.
