Today is the day the Lord has made, and these are the times to which God has decided we shall live.

The Federal Reserve traded enough money in the last five years to buy every home in America, twice.

And almost nobody in the church said a word about it.

Many pastors didn't, small group leaders didn't say anything.

I don't hear much on Christian radio.

Just silence about this, as if what happens to your money has nothing to do with your faith.

Well, I'm not into silence on topics like this because scripture has a great deal to say about what these men are doing and God calls it an abomination.

That's not my word. That's his. I want to talk to today about something that affects your groceries

and your rent and your children's future. And I want to talk about it the way a Christian

man should. Here's the frame, you and I, we are stewards. We're not owners. We're stewards. Everything we

have has been entrusted to us by God and he expects us to management with wisdom and faithfulness.

And that's the baseline Christian perspective on money.

It's not optional theology. It's foundational. So when a system is put in place a legal

institutionalized system that quietly, invisibly drains value from what you earn and save,

that is not a macroeconomic problem. Well, not just that. It's a moral problem. It's a stewardship

problem. And for the Christian man who wants to leave an inheritance to his children's children,

which Proverbs tells us a good man does, this is a biblical problem. To damn me to walk you
