When I, when we've owned a couple of homes that we've lived in and then we moved on to another one and sold that one and moved to another house.

And each time we bought a house, I've embraced the real life philosophy, so this is just for free, for anybody out there.

And here's the way that I think about when we buy a house.

We look for the home that everybody else

is going to be afraid of wanting because of something wrong with it.

In other words, if there's a home that has criteria

or things about it, that it's like's like oh there's mold in there or

there's foundation problems whatever characteristics are going to make everybody

else be like honey we are moving on that is not the house that is the one that we

want or that I want and my loving wife goes along with or tolerates.
