often admit to coming away from God's word confused or even discouraged and not filled with hope.

Is that how it should be? Our answer to that question is no, it shouldn't be that way.

So we're going to talk today about how to go to the scripture and understand it in light of Christ

and what he's come to do for sinners.

And then over in the Semper Reformation podcast, we're going to talk about the priesthood of all believers

and how that's been misapplied and misunderstood.

And we're also going to talk about some stuff that's happened through history that has produced the current church moment where you frankly just don't get a lot of good Christ-centered preaching and teaching.
