| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the final flagship podcast of 20-25 for 20-minute times. We've got Livingston, we've got Molloyle, we've got Rangers, we've got the transfer window, and at the end of the show, we've got the best and worst of 2025. That's all coming up this week. I'm your host Jamie and I'm joined by Mellie. Yes. And Stephen. How's you going? Some categories heavier than others. We'll find out later on. It's been one of those years. But yeah, I'm quite looking forward to having a look at the best and the worst of 2025. But we're in the little weird Christmas period just now where I can't tell what day it is. But the only reason I know that it's Monday, as we record, is that I had a responsibility to take care of for the first time in several days. |
| 0:55.5 | So it's good to get back into action, even though we're all feeling a little bit overindulged at this time of year, shall we say. |
| 1:02.4 | I think, Mellie, we saw some of the best and worst of 20, 25, just in that 90 minutes against Livingston. |
| 1:09.0 | Yeah, it was a strange old game. |
| 1:11.3 | If you were not a Celtic fan, it would be probably entertaining. |
| 1:15.3 | But looking back on it, it was exciting. |
| 1:18.2 | But it just, because of the run of results Celtic have had, it was a, oh no, not again. |
| 1:24.3 | Yes. |
| 1:24.7 | Oh, no, not again. |
| 1:25.7 | Yes. |
| 1:26.2 | And it just continued on like that but i think we can see from |
| 1:29.6 | that game some of the things that are going to work and again we can see some of the things that |
| 1:34.4 | aren't going to work and hopefully with january coming up we can change some of the things that |
| 1:38.8 | aren't going to work but i think there is reason to be optimistic with some of the play, |
| 1:44.7 | but pessimistic with some of the players doing that play. |
| 1:48.6 | I think, Stephen, that was my main takeaway from Livingston game after it. |
| 1:51.7 | I was just my override the thought was, God, get this manager some decent footballers. |
| 1:57.3 | No doubt about it. |
| 1:58.2 | We joked a bit of just last week about how this is the most important of all |
| 2:03.4 | the most important January's we've had in the last decade. |
| 2:06.6 | That is, it's crucial. |
| 2:07.7 | It's never felt more pressing, more urgent than January. |
