There's some big DEI bill that's about to pass as California goes further down the road of neo-Marxism and DEI, which is nothing it claims to be.

California is currently pressuring public utilities to award $633 million in special contracts

to LGBT-owned firms.

But to qualify, you've got to go through the state's official gay certification program,

and you face up to a year in jail if you're not gay enough.
