We're back with the DFS MVP podcast for week four.

This is going to be a tournament focus show.

We asked for feedback last week on the structure.

We made a little bit of a change last week from going position by position to game by game.

Got really mixed feedback on what people prefer.

Ultimately, what I've landed on for this show, and we were still willing to adjust going forward. We have a split amongst us about what we want to do for this show. We are going to do game by game and then just give a synopsis at the end. Some of the feedback we got was when we go game by game, you don't really know which players were leaning into. So I thought we'll give kind of, I think, the best of both worlds go game by game. We're going to try and do it a little bit quicker this week. And then at the end, talk about just some of our favorite plays after, you know, kind of a synopsis of what we've talked about throughout the show is going to be the plan for this one. I'm, of course, here with Davis-Matic and Pat Corain. I'll start with Davis. How did last week go for you?

Tournaments went all right.

I mean, I didn't have a big sweat or anything.

It was just one of those slates.

I did not play any Joanne Jennings.

Kind of thought Joanne Jennings at 14% in single entry stuff was like like almost

like legendarily bad like almost like one of the like I don't know you know it's just it's kind

it's kind of one of the things of the game is sometimes sometimes uh sometimes you are the hammer

and sometimes you are the nail and uh I was I was happy happy to go through a week of not being the hammer for sure. It was definitely brutal for me when I saw Joanne Jennings going off and then looked at the ownership and I was like, how the hell did Joanne Jennings get up to that much ownership? So I was kind of, I actually had some Joanne Jennings. I think I was actually not that far off from the field, but that's because I thought he was going to be a contrarian play. That was very much not the case. There were there were two sites that people used to generate lineups that if you excluded Cam Acres, Juan Jennings was in their optimal lineup, which meant that a lot of people clicked him and he simmed well. So if you do any kind of sim stuff,

you were going to get a lot of Jennings.

Yeah.
