I'm Dr. Michelle Daff and I'm so happy that you're here today for this video where we're

going to talk about how to communicate with a man, the best way to communicate with a man.

We know that men and women have our differences and with communication, this can be a real big problem.

And if you are married, communication is something that truly does impact your marriage,

more than anything else.

You are constantly in conversation about so many different things.

And sometimes we're in conversation without being in conversation.

So our bodies and our attitudes are having a conversation with one another.

But I want to talk about the best way to communicate, to be able to get understanding,

clarity, have mutual honor and respect for one another, and hopefully get you the results that

you want. When it comes to marriage, it's communication that actually shatters it. It's either

having communication that's inappropriate or lack of communication and not really understanding

what your husband needs in that communication. As people, we get very comfortable. We get so used to

doing the same thing over and over again that it's hard to make a shift. And I know you've heard it.

I know you've heard, communication's important. Communication's so important. And I know we know that.

But when we're in that moment, in the conversation, how do we implement

that?

How do we actually change what we say or what we don't say if we don't know?

You know, some of you ladies have been doing your makeup exactly the same since you were

16, since you first learned.
