Summary

Growth hormone supports anti-aging and can boost fat loss, but human growth hormone supplements don’t always produce the best results. In this video, I’ll show you how to boost growth hormone naturally by up to 2000% for the most growth hormone benefits!

Growth hormone is vital for fat loss, muscle building, repair, and recovery. However, it declines with age—so it’s something you want to boost naturally.

When growth hormone levels decrease, we lose muscle mass, gain body fat, experience a decline in bone density, our skin becomes thinner, and insulin sensitivity decreases.

Growth hormone works by signaling the hormone IGF-1 through a conversion process in the liver with the help of insulin. Although insulin is necessary for this process, excessive insulin can inhibit growth hormone. Obesity, sugar, stress, alcohol, overeating, low vitamin D, and poor sleep can also block growth hormone.

To boost growth hormone naturally by 2 to 3x, try the following:

•Increase GABA and melatonin

•L-glutamine

•Arginine (Avoid taking this close to a workout)

•Cold therapy

•Alpha-GPC

•Hypoxia training

•Keto diet

•High-protein diet

Deep sleep and intermittent fasting can significantly increase growth hormone levels by up to 5-10 times. To boost growth hormone by 10-15x, try prolonged fasting.

The best way to boost human growth hormone is through high-intensity exercise. Try working with heavy loads for the best natural HGH booster. Squats, deadlifts, sprinting, and CrossFit can further boost growth hormone levels.

Today we're going to talk about how to naturally boost your growth hormone up to 2,000%.

0:06.0

Unfortunately, as we age, growth hormone goes way down. In fact, by the time you're 40 years old,

0:13.7

your growth hormone is down 40%. By the time you're 60 years old, your growth hormone is down by 60%. Growth hormone is all about burning fat,

0:24.7

building muscle, muscle repair, muscle recovery, and even anti-aging. However, there are some

0:31.5

debates on whether it's anti-aging itself because growth hormone, if you take as an injection, can shorten your life. It creates

0:40.8

a lot of diseases. It has a lot of side effects. So your goal should not be just to increase

0:47.0

growth hormone as much as possible. And it is important to know how to boost it naturally,

0:52.1

or at least to optimize it. And then what are all the things that can inhibit it, especially if you're trying to lose weight, because

0:59.5

as we lose growth hormone, we lose our muscle mass. We get more body fat, especially visceral

1:06.0

fat. We lose the bone density. Our skin becomes very thin, almost like paper-like, and our insulin

1:13.2

sensitivity goes down. So then we have more problems with blood sugar issues. Growth hormone

1:19.5

itself does not create any of these effects in any significant way. It's kind of like a signaling communication that

1:30.4

gets something else in the body to do the work called IGF1. In order for growth hormone to

1:36.3

create all these cool effects through this hormone, there has to be a conversion in the liver.

1:42.0

And that conversion needs insulin and it needs other helper nutrients.

1:48.3

Let's first talk about all the things that can block growth hormone. Number one insulin. I just

1:53.4

mentioned that. Obesity. Age. Sugar will do it. Stress. Poor sleep. Alcohol., overeating especially at night, and low vitamin D.

2:05.1

So all of these things can shut down growth hormone.

2:08.0

And if you don't have the trigger for this, then you don't get the benefits of all these

2:12.7

things right here.

2:13.6

And the other thing that's really important to know for this conversion is if you have fatty liver,

2:19.6

you're going to have a hard time allowing this to work.
