Today we're going to talk about the seven worst foods for joint pain and arthritis,

words that I need to define. The first one is a condorcite. What is that? It's a cell that makes up

your cartilage. Okay. So when we're dealing with joint pain, it's important to kind of dig into what makes up a joint and study that.
