Gosh, I'm so excited for you to be on our podcast today. Thank you for joining us. I am so excited to be here. Thank you for having me. Girl, you're the best. Okay, so I was trying to remember when we first met. Was it at a Bible study? It was at a Bible study. Did you come up to me at a Bible study?

I sure did.

Well, no, you had already done the Captive Mind series. So I think the next one was bold or third. It was one of those, bold or thirsts. Yes, I think so. And it was towards the end. And I just walked up to you like, this was just amazing. You was like was like uh-huh you look like my assistant

know but then i was like let's have lunch yes and then we went to boston market i don't know why

i remember that probably because i'm not really a fan i don't know how we ended up brittney

booked this at Boston Market.

Just booking places.

Like, ma'am, let's raise the palate. Yep, yep. And it was dry, and I was trying to be all like, oh, no, couldn't it try chicken? Like, let me just drink these lemonade, this sweet tea. Oh, my gosh. That was a connection, though. I think even sitting there, when I think back on that time, I was like, I like this girl.

We're going to be in each other's lives. So it's been really cool to watch your journey. And so I'm thrilled for people to get to hear your story. And not just because your story is amazing, but I think your perspective on it and how you continue to evolve that, that you, okay, I haven't arrived. Yeah. I don't have it all figured out. But the evolution has just really been beautiful to watch. And so I'm excited for people to hear a little bit about the amazing Rosemary Lewis. Thank you. Okay. So if you could describe your life in one word, what would you say?

This, oh, okay, I had to think about this.

My life in one word would be unlikely.

Ooh, it's already good.

Okay, tell me why.

Tell me why.

Because I think that there are so many parts of my story from the way I ended up in Texas

to, you know, my relationship with my husband based on where we started and where we are now to, you know, what I do as a career.

All of it was very unlikely.

Wow.

None of it was a path that I thought my life would look like.
