Hello everybody. And Megan, you know how over the past few years there's been like Christmas

creep, right? Christmas creep. You know what I'm talking about? It's like the holiday promos, the music,

the decor. It just like starts earlier and like it used to be like Thanksgiving or the day, like Black

Friday, right? The day after Thanksgiving.

And then it moved up to before Thanksgiving.

And now it's like all the way up to like Halloween. Like as soon as you're done with Halloween, the Christmas stuff is out. And now it's like even starting to inch a little bit before that. I know. It's almost like Christmas in July. I mean, we're in October. it's going to be 90 degrees in New York this week.

And if I see a Christmas like anything, I'm going to lose my mind.

Not ready.

But it's like, so, you know, what do you think the, what's the, what's a fair start for, for holiday music decor? Like, what in your, in your own kind of opinion? I love the holidays. I love holiday music, decor, all that. But I think, I think after Halloween, right? You don't want to muddy too many holidays up. So like once you're after Halloween, you're into November, Thanksgiving's right around the corner. You're basically in holiday time. It's fall, at least in the Northeast. It's cool. And I think people can get into the holiday mindset in November. But like you said, it seems like every year it gets earlier and earlier. I still think Thanksgiving, by the way, for me personally, because, you know, it's like this year we're actually going to be in New York and bring the kids in. We're going to do the Mesa Day parade. And at the end the parade, like, how does the parade end? Santa. Santa. Santa coming out on the big sleigh. because that's like, boom, okay, game on. Turkey out. Santa's right. So to me, it's just, it removes that kind of natural cycle to the holiday. And it's hard to be excited for something for that long. You know what I mean? I agree. If I'm listening to Christmas music after, after Halloween, like, by the time Christmas rolls

around, I'm like, turn, turn that jump off. Totally. Well, there's only so many Christmas songs. Are you holiday songs? And they're on repeat. And, like, you know, you listen to the stations, what is it? 1051 here in the New York area. And I love it. But then it's like, yeah, you get over it real fast. The Hallmark Channel just starts rolling all their Christmas movies.

The same movies.

And I get it.

If you're a kid it's like, yeah, you get over it real fast. Right, the Hallmark Channel just starts rolling all their Christmas movies. The same movies. And I get it. If you're a kid especially, like my son, Dylan, who just turned seven, he literally took my phone the other day and asked Siri how many days till Christmas because he was convinced there was 40 days left till Christmas and I was like, 40 days. Like, no, this was just Labor Day. Yeah. He was excited already. It was 90 days left till Christmas and I was like 40 days like no this was just Labor Day.

Yeah.

And it was 90. He's excited already.

It was 90 days and the best is that he thought he thought Siri was lying to him.

So, but she was not she was not lying.

There are 90 days.

But anyway, this is not about Christmas.

I feel like that Christmas creep that that encroachment into, you know, extending the season further

is happening with pumpkin-flavored foods.
