It's the morning show that no one knows I know what it's talking about. I said no one. It's talking about. But if they did, they'd probably say it's the best way to start today with rage and

Dave. Can you see the hair on my face? Do you see like a hair here? No. No?

0:22.0

I do. So I let my hair air dry. You know how that goes. Everybody, anyone have wavy hair and then they let their hair air dry and then you wake up in the morning after sleeping on wet hair that's air dried and you're like, well, I hate myself. So that was me. So I went with braids today. I don't know how I feel. Oh, I just found a random bobby pin. This is like a bird's nest. What was I saying? What? Well, I was considering a crown braid. You know what that means honey or like a milk made.

0:52.0

So I'm going to be like, go like this. I was like, who do I think I am? I don't know that but I also don't know if I'm a 36 year old where like French braids to work. You are? I am. I'm here for braids. Okay. You look super, super great. Thank you. When you wear your braids, I'm here for it. Well, I just thought, um, braids are more for like a workout. They're not necessarily for work. But my hair looks crazy today. I put a white v neck on for work today. Congratulations. I'm going to wear a white t-shirt with a V. Congratulations. Thank you. So I'm going to wear a white t-shirt with a V.

1:22.0

Congratulations. So I'm here for that 44 year old version of me says yes to this and this. Are you awake? We're awake because we started working out with a trainer. Oh. We started working out with trainers. So we've been doing garage gym, warm runs for quite a while now. We felt like we needed to mix it up. We needed someone to push us. Kind of get us to that next level. I need somebody accountability wise just to be waiting out in my driveway at 5.30 in the morning. And his name is David. David. The kind of thing that you say to me when you are

1:52.0

angry, David, not David. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I am. Yeah, that's what happens with this now new human, this new David in our life. Yeah. So we started working out. We, we give him a little test run on Saturday. I still can, you know, barely move most of my body. And then he came back today and working out when you're already very sore is a fun proposition. And trainers. We ran yesterday after. Oh, we'll work a dim

2:22.0

different muscle group. And I'm like, well, my whole body hurts. So your different muscle group is a liar. We ran yesterday after us. Like the Saturday workout. Let's just, can we just complain for a second about workouts? Okay, great. I'm here for it. We worked out on Saturday. And if you are a person who just kind of does the same thing every single time, if you introduce a human who will come in and actually try to introduce something new.

2:52.0

The new will create pain that you did not know was even possible for your life. And so my quads, my hamstrings, my being was wounded by the Saturday morning. Your being my soul. Your soul. My soul was wounded. And then I made a commitment. Hey, I'm going to run on Sunday, the long run. Our babysitter fell through. So we had to split the run up. I very selfishly took the earlier of the two runs. It was cooler by a fact.

3:21.8

I was a factor of 1000 degrees when I left at seven versus when you left at 930. But I threw 13 miles on the roads to consecutive Sundays. I'm very proud of myself. Thank you very much. But in the first mile, the only thing I was thinking was that workout yesterday hurt my legs. I don't think I can run. And then I had to convince myself.

3:43.8

This training today is for the second half of the marathon. When your legs are tired, this is why you're running. And this is why you trained yesterday so that you could know what it would feel like to have really, really sore legs and a wounded soul and push yourself to run two and a half hours anyway.

4:01.8

Speaking of wounded souls. I'm really I'm proud of this segue. I have been very worried about Kevin Hart.

4:11.8

I didn't think you were going. I have been very worried about him. I have repeatedly checked. If you guys don't know what what was you say like a week ago, maybe more. Yeah sure. Kevin Hart was in a really bad car accident. A huge fan of Kevin Hart. I think he's hilarious. But also if you've ever listened to him on interviews talk about his.

4:29.8

This is attitude towards life and how hard he's worked to get where he is. I admire him a ton. Super super love him. And he got a really awful car accident like his car went over the side of a cliff in a classic muscle car. Yeah. And a bearer.

4:43.8

The road that he was on in LA is Mohol and drive, which is like impossible. A super windy road in the mountains. It was dark like whatever. I don't know what happened. I don't care. What I'm focused on is he heard himself. They said he had severe back injuries. And he had not posted any social media since it happened. And I'm like what is going on? Like normally you would post like a hey world. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers or whatever.

5:12.8

I'm fine. So I googled yesterday and he just got released from the hospital yesterday. Like he has been in the hospital for over a week. I'm inspired by him. Hold on. Hold on. He. He. They moved him from the hospital to like an outpatient care. Like he's not even a. He had back surgery. He's not even home. You can like you could have toe surgery. You could have finger surgery. Get your ears done. Little tippy talk. He had back surgery. If you have back surgery, it takes a second to get better. Yeah. Here's a.

5:42.8

Here's the thing. I don't want to say it, but I'm just going to say it. There's something. There's something not totally together with the story. You don't come on. Don't be a conspiracy theorist. You don't know. And it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. He's hurt. And he's someone who has brought joy to my life many times. He got hurt. Like human compassion is. All right.

6:01.8

I'll let it go. But. But I'm watching. I'm watching for updates. Come on, Grandpa. Knock it off. Conspiracy theory. I'd like to just take a moment of silence for someone who's transitioned to the other side. And that is George Jetson, everybody. The bump on the back of my ear is gone. George Jetson's gone straight to heaven. He's now in the celestial forever on back. Just living his best life, but not behind my ears. So thanks everybody for.

6:31.8

Throw up everything that you've done and lifting up George. He's crossed over. He's made it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I don't even know what is happening. You know what I did yesterday. No, Helen. You watched football. I also went to a special thing. I had a chance to experience boy scouts again. And I say again because when we were moving, I sure did find my Cub Scout manual from when I was a kid.

7:00.8

Side note, my handwriting from when I was a child is that of a serial killer. So apologies for anyone I wrote letters to, especially the girls I was trying to like represent my love for. I understand now why you turned me down every single time. All of you. Also for joined Cub Scouts. And the first thing that he got to do was go to a paper like a real life paper airplane contest. It was. It was amazing. I just I can't recommend the Scouts enough.

7:29.8

We've only had one experience. So it could go downhill from here, but so far it is amazing. Also, if you feel like using this as your opportunity to try and join the Scouts in our neighborhood for an opportunity to hang out with us. Don't do that. Oh, no, no, we joined the Scouts in Madagascar. We had to take a very long flight to an island nation on the east side of the continent of Africa. That's where we went to our paper airplane contest. Don't you come join us.

7:58.8

Don't you come joining like to give them all the details about where to find us. It's true. 777 is the troop that he has joined the sevens. It's like Vegas. I was you 749. That was my that was my Girl Scout troop. Do you remember yours? Do not. Okay. I remember your Scout troop number. On my honor. I will try to serve God as God in my country to help people at all times and to live by the Girl Scout law. You're welcome.

8:28.8

Wow. You're welcome. What I appreciate. That just bubbled forth from I don't know where. Where is that from locked out? I could also perform in its entirety my award winning monologue from the oral language festival in sixth grade.
