And I'd never had it before, but I read it in Sports Illustrated,

that Dwight Evans of the Red Sox would have pesto before every home game.

And I said to my girlfriend at the time, can you make pesto?

She's Italian.

She goes, yeah.

And I fell in love with her just because she made pesto.

Yes, I once brought home a tiny, like, baby food jar full of pesto from a farm I was at and gave it to you. Yes. And you said, quote, this might be the nicest thing you've ever done for me. That is true. It was just a little tiny jar of pesto, but it, like, it touched you. Yes, it did. Yes, it did. Yes, Paul. I'm on the road sometimes, and I'll send you pictures of Pesto.

I remember I said, Dan, you've got to go to this place. Yes. What is Pesto? Dan, you know, but America doesn't. Basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, and Parmesan mixed together. Yes. It's heaven is what it is.
