Cleveland, what the Browns are doing moving to the suburbs.

And I guess it's a dome stadium.

But I was wondering, when does this stadium become obsolete in your eyes?

that is the that is the prayer in Charlotte yeah no this this is the this is a

topic I'm thinking about a lot right now because you have this cycle of stadiums that are coming up to the put up or shut up question, I guess.

So these stadiums built between 1995 and 2005, you've got like Jacksonville, Charlotte, Houston, Denver.

I mean, there's probably a dozen of them.

And it's the kind of the critical juncture of where, you know, architecturally and engineering-wise,

you look at, should we renovate this or should we build a new stadium?

And, you know, I don't write about the, you know, whether these should be financed by who

or whether it's a good investment or what.

But that is about the lifespan. Is 20 to 25 years
