And the main story, and who would have thought this would be a big story, a story at any point

this year, the Colts signing Philip Rivers to the practice squad.

Now, everybody seems to be focusing on, and maybe I started this, of he's a semi-finalist for the

Hall of Fame this year. Now, I don't think he's a first ballot Hall of Famer. In fact,

I think he's a borderline Hall of Famer. But I'm also wondering about this.

Once he gets on the roster, he doesn't have to play in a game. Once he's officially on the roster,

right now, practice squad, when he's on the roster, then they start the clock again. He won't be

eligible until 2031. That is, unless he plays next year as well, but I'm hoping they find somebody, maybe

another grandfather that they can put in for Philip Rivers.

But it's a big story.

I don't think he's going to be playing against Seattle.
