Let me start with our poll question.

Which fan base should feel better today?

The Packers of the Jets? I think the Jets fan base should feel better today? The Packers or the Jets?

I think the Jets fan base should feel better because you know, you know, even a, I laugh,

people talk about a down year for Aaron Rogers. He's your 26 touchdowns. You know,

like Jets quarterbacks that's run 26 touchdowns, about three, right? Ryan Fitzpatrick, Joe

Namath, then Mark Sanchez had a year 26. That's it. So Jordan Love is an unknown to me. I feel like, you know, the Jet fans should feel a little bit better this morning. What kind of team is he joining? A young team, but a team with a lot of promise. The defense number four in the NFL last year, they have sauce Gardner, Quinn and Williams, two good young players. They don't have many holes on defense. Garrett Wilson, offensive rookie of the year. They sign Alan Lazzard. Breece Hall's coming back from an ACL. We'll see where he is. The question really to me, Dan, is the offensive line and they have work to do there. There's going to be some work, I think, Thursday night on the offensive line and the first round of the draft. But, you know, they went, they were seven and ten last year with really poor play at quarterback. So their feeling is if they can get that quarterback position fixed, they're a playoff team. What do you think they're going to do with that first john draft pick it's interesting because they you know the pick swap they move back two picks but now you know

the patriots are ahead of them they might take offensive line the bears eagles they could take

offensive line so i do think the jets want to take a tackle uh they may be staring at the fourth

best tackle now and see if they do that.

Do they want to trade back and recoup some picks?

Right now they have five draft picks.

Does Joe Douglas want to move back a little bit, pivot to something else?

But I really think that tackle is a glaring need on this team.

And you have to be as good as Aaron Rogers is, you have to protect them.

I know that Brian Goudicunes, the Packers' GM, wanted to get this deal done before the draft.

I was told that it was probably going to get done prior to the start of Friday's second round.
