So I was born in Cairo, Egypt and had one sister at the time, my younger sister and my

family, my parents decided to immigrate from Cairo to Dallas, Texas when I was a very

young girl. And it was really the product I think of them really wanting to make sure

that their daughters could reach their potential and believing in the promise of America.
