those things that no matter how bright you are, how accomplished you are,

there's always a little bit of that fear about risk aversion and, you know, how much money

do I need to get started? And there's like that, that, you know, that little lizard brain fear that,

man, I don't want to lose my money. And if I'm going to

lose all my money, how much money do you think I need to start with? Well, first of all, I've done

this over 5,500 times. And it's kind of crazy to say, I've never lost money on a deal. Because when

you're buying an asset, 25, 30 cents on the dollar, there's someone else on the other side of that deal. Plus, there is a lust for raw land in this

country. And just because I may not want to, you know, buy that raw land, there is a pig for

every barn. I've never been stuck with a piece of property. But re-listen to this episode,

because it really reiterates how much money you need to get started

in land investing.
