I want to start the show today talking about dad bods.

Dadbods, bro.

And when you say dad bod, I'm so curious what pops in your head because I feel like the definition

of dad bod varies on who you ask.

You know, they always have that picture of Leo DiCaprio walking miserably at the beach with

his belly hanging out.

That's not a dadbub.

I know, but that's always the...

It's not a media on social media.

I think a dad bod is a guy who clearly worked out most of his life, now has kids, jobs, responsibilities, and he's just a little softer.

But you can see he's got arms and shoulders and pecks.

And like, he's not like some sloppy dude.

I think a dad bot is he used to be pretty good in shape.

And now he's like in shape.

Let's get a, let's get an official definition while we debate this. The dad bod, because your biggest competition, Rich, a guy you like, Patrick Mahomes is in the news. I'm here. I'm here. I'm here. With the dad bodod. I mean, he's a dad. And he's a dad. That's rule number one. You can't have a dad bod or claim to have a dad bot and not be a dad. That just means you're out of shape, right? Like, you need an excuse. So you have to have kids in order to have a dad bot. Let's hear it, Danny J. A male physique that is relatively slim but not lean or toned.

So it's like the Grinch, kind of.

No, see, I don't think, I mean, I think I am the perfect definition of Dadbot.
