Just think of that number.

That sounds just about right.

That's a low ball number.

I guess when you think you're making 50 to 60, I think...

I'm just saying that sounds fair, right? Oh, I agree. They'll probably get more than that,

but if anyone thinks that's a low ball starting point, I was going to say, keep in mind,

it's called the negotiation, right? So who in any negotiations starts high? No,

there's got to be a little back and forth. Your boss doesn't say, here's all the money we're wheeling out for you. You have to negotiate for that. Right, right. So I think it's a fair starting point.
