I want to talk about summertime right now and the fact that I have a study that says the exact amount of time it takes for parents to get tired

of their kids being out of school.

Okay.

Because all the year long, and it happens the same way to every parent, every year,

it never changes.

I can't wait for school to be over.

This is driving me crazy, helping them with their projects,

helping them with their homework, having to take them to all of these sporting events.

Oh, come on, summer.

It takes 13 days, and parents have had it.

13 days of them being alone. and you know what the main reason is

because parents feel obligated to come up with some way to entertain these kids the rest of the

summer um when mine were younger a little bit younger yeah that was definitely the case but now

there's almost no difference for me between summer

and the school year for yeah carry me a dances all year round that doesn't change but that's unusual i think

i think this really hits home for more for most parents because for some reason if you're a helicopter

parent you can't put that helicopter into the into the uh warehouse during the summer you got to find
