Oh, happy Tuesday, everybody.

I hope y'all enjoyed your holiday yesterday.

I had kind of a really emotional conversation with my mom.

She's been, as you know, if you've been listening, she's been struggling with, she had a detached retina and that's a nightmare.

And she's had some other issues with her eyes.

She's trying not to lose her sight in that eye.

She, my mom has an autoimmune disorder and just to be careful of certain things or she'll have a flare up. And she is 83.

So, you know, she's, I think of her, like we all do with our parents. We think of them as being

kind of forever frozen. It may be 42 years old or whatever. But she's, you know, she's getting up there.

And so I'm on the phone with her yesterday, you guys. And she was

like, Cher, I wish you could come. I wish you could come out here and be with me. You're my little

girl and I miss you. And I'm worried about you. And I said, well, I'm worried about you. And she said,

I just wish that that you could be here with me. Now, here with me is 2,200 miles from where I currently am

in southern Utah, which is a place I love with my whole heart. But, you know, our kids are here.

My job is here. Except I could do. I can work from anywhere. And so I said to my mom, but mom, you know, I have to work.

And she said, well, I, you could work here. But here's the thing, you guys. So my mom, my mom, her house is what you'd call like open concept. And so, and she's in Mountain Time, which is two hours earlier than Eastern Time.
