All right everyone, welcome to the KMS 2023 Best Of.

If you're listening to this, I hope that you had a happy and healthy holiday

for you and yours, but we're going to take you back through some of the great stretches of this past year,

some of which I wasn't a part of. Last year this time we had Dave Cullen in, so Gus and I weren't here at all.

So we're going to touch a little bit on that,

go back through it, and then get into our own producing

stretch run towards the end.

But we couldn't do it without the one man, Kirkmanahan, the greatest ever do it, Podcast Jesus, and what a year it was for

him in this show. So without further ado, Gus, why don't you take us back to January of 2023 what was going on in the world?

So this is where I always find myself going back on this being like amazed that I was just a fan at this point so I'm going back and now kind of seeing

it through a different lens has been great and like January was so great because you had the

introduction of Tony's fucked all empor, one of the great callers.

We had some drama with Mike and Clemer.

And then as we were kind of coming to terms with the realization that we found we were so late on finding the

passing of John Stewart there was the talks of starting to have the a night for John and then there was a whole

show dedicated to John so we'll hear a couple of

those touches and more a couple more good callers a lot of good prank phone

callers this year so hopefully we'll get some back well I mean I think one of the

strengths of our one of the many strengths of this program as we continue this is our fifth different calendar year by the way the Kirkman the end show

at Barstool sports as I begin my final full season is professional broadcaster.
