All right, I guess the date on the eight game podcast number eight rounding out the top 10 replays of 2022 is David Green.

David Green is another gentleman that I was lucky enough to spend some time with the BP calm we hung out after.

I popped up on a couple of webinars since then I've joined his mastermind since then the David Green mastermind DGM.

Yeah, again, freaking awesome guy. What a rock star. What a just normal down to earth dude that just does amazing things. The amount of content he puts out with bigger pockets and the YouTube stuff he does.

And now the scene green podcast and all just so much stuff. The guys everywhere he puts in so much time. He crushed it at the BP conference set out that we went to in San Diego. It's going to be a staple every single year. I will be there from now on.

And hopefully I can do more and more stuff with the bigger pockets groups and especially with David this year.

Guy I very much look up to aspiring. I don't know who wouldn't look up to a guy like David Green and just you know my kind of guy there's some people that are just your people.

They're successful. They have similar attitudes similar visions similar ethics similar everything.

And that's just a guy that I would like to spend more time with and be around more and very honored to have in my circle and be able to pick up the phone and touch pace with him.

Not only real estate stuff, but just talk life business, jujitsu and again, just just a good freaking guy. So we need more people like that. But David Green is a freaking rock star. And I have to say.

I think that this is one of the best David Green interviews I have ever heard. I might be partial to it because I was on there. But again, never about me. It's always about the guests. And I thought we touched on a lot of different topics and some different stuff that he didn't really get to talk about and a lot of the other stuff that he does podcast wise bigger pockets wise.

Talking on some of this stuff of martial arts and jujitsu and I was just cool. I mean, obviously the guy talks and talks and talks online and on podcast and stuff all the time and he's still constantly coming up with new things that haven't heard new stuff to say new ways to say it.

So I can't imagine the amount of stuff that goes on in that guy's brain. And I'm very excited to be a part of his mastermind and listen to all the knowledge he's going to drop in this changing market.

When we really need people like him at the forefront of it, I appreciate that it's a lot of responsibility that people go to him for figuring out what's happening in the market when they shouldn't shouldn't do. And that's a guy that takes that responsibility very seriously, which means he is my type of guy and the perfect guest for the A game podcast.

So my buddy and one of my guys that I look up to David Green. Thank you for coming on for one of the best David Green podcast you guys will ever hear a game podcast.
