best kind of content that I need to kind of be creating on social media in order

to win and in my opinion it's it's obviously video-based content.

But now, video-based content covers pretty much

everything on social media.

So I want to break this down, and I want to give you a challenge,

an assignment, and I want to give you a habit that you need to create.

First of all it's going to feel like a hack and then it's going to turn into habits and remember

habits will always beat hacks but the majority of people will look for hacks to avoid the habits.
