Via the possibly new and improved Google Hangouts, it looks like they're using a higher frame rate today, and I don't really know.

Yeah.

Maybe they brought that with the newest update. They added, was it a remote desktop today so you can help people with tech support over Google Hangouts.

That's nice.

That's a nice bonus piece of news we weren't going to talk about that I was just reminded of because I'm looking at Google Hangouts right now.

This is a pretty cool little feature.

Anyway, let's jump into our actual news for the day. And let's start with the biggest story, which was Yahoo acquires Astrid, our favorite to-do manager for Android, or our reader's favorite to-do manager for Android. And they kind of hinted

at its shutdown. Right, Alan? Yeah, unfortunately, Astrid, it's also my favorite to-do app for not just

Android, but for the desktop too, but Yahoo picked it up late last night. I refreshed my to-do app for not just Android, but for the desktop too, but Yahoo!

I refreshed my to-do list and I saw a notification saying,

Yahoo buys Astrid.
