Let's talk about the vast and worst seeds when you're doing keto.

Now, whether you're using these seeds in some type of a nut or seed butter or when you're making

keto crackers, I think it's important to know what seeds are higher in carbohydrate and which ones

are less. So the three best seeds that are more keto-friendly are number one pumpkin seeds.

So if we take one ounce of pumpkin seeds, it only has three grams of total carbs and the fiber is

1.7 grams that leaves a net carb of 1.3 grams. Now pumpkin seeds are pretty high in iron,

they're good for your blood sugars and they're definitely good for the prostate.

Another good seed would be the chia seed, very high in omega-35 acids. They also have a good

amount of calcium. Now one ounce of chia seeds gives you like 11.3 grams of carbs, but the fiber is

9.9 grams give you a net carb of 1.4. Pretty low. Now we get flax seeds. Now I wouldn't recommend

consuming too many flax seeds if you're a guy because there's a couple studies that show that it

could decrease your testosterone because flax seeds are a phyto estrogen that can help to

regulate or increase your estrogen. Now if your female is not a bad thing because it's not

going to give you the bad estrogen that's going to help balance out the estrogens because there's

three that's going to give you more good than that. I would also recommend if you're going to consume

flax seeds to do sprouted flax seeds. They're just more digestible. One ounce has a total

carb of 8.2 grams. The fiber of being 7.7 leaves you with 0.4 that's less than a half of a gram

net carb. So flax seeds are extremely low in carbohydrate. Okay the worst seeds are the lotus seeds,

one ounce total carb, 18 grams, zero fiber, 18 grams net carbs. Okay,
