The best advice I ever got.

The catalyst for this lesson, I was a couple months ago in Asia and I was in Shanghai and

I picked up a Forbes magazine over there and there was an article of which business leaders

were sharing the best advice that they had ever received.

And I read it, it was very interesting and it had a lot of well-known world leaders

who were saying, here's the best advice I ever received.

And as I read it, it began to kind of be catalytic and I thought, I want to do a lesson

on that.

So if you'll look in your notes, I'm going to start with the great Dick Cavett quote that

I love this one.

It is a rare person who wants to hear what he doesn't want to hear.

Isn't that true?

I mean, it's a rare person that wants to get the advice that we need.
