I wanted to do a quick video on the benefits of chromium needed in very tiny amounts.

0:28.0

I'm talking about between 25 and 35 micrograms, not milligrams, but micrograms.

0:34.6

That is a very, very tiny amount. Now, there are foods that have a bit more chromium. That

0:39.6

would be broccoli, nutritional yeast, turkey, beef, green beans, lettuce, peanut butter,

0:47.3

and there's quite a few more. If you're going to take chromium in a supplement, I would recommend

0:50.9

taking the chromium pecolonate. That's one of the best forms. But let me just tell you the benefits

1:34.2

like your appetite is going to be a lot less. So if you are a binge eater, start taking chromium.

1:39.8

Chromium specifically helps people that have to binge. Now, because it addresses insulin,

1:45.4

it's going to help you with cravings, especially sugar cravings. And it's also going to actually

1:50.7

improve your cholesterol profile, simply because you're lowering insulin and improving your

1:55.5

blood sugars. And the other associated problem with high amounts of insulin is PCOS,

2:01.0

polycystic ovarian syndrome. So you can directly improve that condition. So if you have PCOS,

2:07.0

I would highly recommend taking chromium. There are some other really good things you can take
