Psalm 103, it's going to be on the screen. We're going to read the first three verses out loud.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me.

Bless His Holy Name.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases,

who heals all your diseases. That's what we're going to talk about tonight.

Now this word heals is the Hebrew word Raffa.

Anyone ever heard of the Hebrew word Raffa?

It's one of the names of God.

God said, my name is Jehovah Rafa.

Jehovah means I am the Lord. I am God.

Rofa means who heals. I am the Lord who heals.

Why would God tell us that one of his names is healing if he was going to stop it 2,000 years ago?

And all of us just missed out on it because we weren't living back in that time and that's

one of his names but he doesn't do it anymore. Yes he does and this word says who heals all your diseases and that word for diseases

there is maladies physical afflictions it is not spiritual afflictions don't try

to spiritualize this part. The first part of the

averse three is spiritual things. Who forgives all your iniquities? This says

who heals all your diseases.

Now, why don't more people get healed?
