Welcome to our Wednesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today, I'm in the middle of my second week teaching on a subject that I've entitled

the Believer's Authority and the subtitle here is what you didn't learn in church.

Sad to say, most people do not understand this and because of it, they submit all kinds

of wrong thinking about, well, God could do anything He wanted to if He's God.

He could heal this person, He could heal this Mary, He could save this person.

None of those things are true.

God can't do anything He wanted because He delegated power and authority to us and if

we don't use our authority and power, a verse that I've often used, James 4.7, resists

the devil and he'll flee from you.

If you don't resist the devil, God can't resist the devil for you.

And so it gives place to all kinds of wrong thinking when you don't understand the power

and the authority, the delegated authority that God gave mankind.

So the first week, I spent basically just establishing that all authority comes from

God and God released this power and authority through His words in Genesis chapter 1 and

when He told Adam and Eve, you have dominion over this earth, God limited what He could
