Welcome to our Wednesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing to teach through a series that I've entitled The Believers Authority.

And I wrote this book many years ago, but this has all of the things that I'm teaching and goes into a lot more detail.

I have this in English and in Spanish.

I also have study guides. We have DVDs, CDs, and we have a USB that has the audio and the video on it.

And I encourage you to please get these materials. It would be a real blessing to you.

I've already covered so much material. I can't go back through it.

But I've said some radical things. Matter of fact, the subtitle of this book at The Believers Authority, the subtitle is what you didn't learn in church.

I'm sure that there are churches that teach these things, but I didn't learn it in church.

I was taught that man, you just kind of have to roll with the punches that you don't have any power and authority in this life that we were saved and stuck and just holding on until we all went to heaven.

In the sweet by and by, it would be awesome, but in the rough now and now you just had to struggle through.

And man, when I began to learn that I had power and authority, that was awesome.

And I began to see great results, but also I made mistakes.

And one of those mistakes is because I didn't understand that my authority, my absolute authority over sickness, over depression, over disease, over demons, and things like that,

my absolute authority ended at the end of my nose. I didn't have authority over other people.

And it took me a while to figure this out. I just thought that man, God gave me authority and I was going to make everything straight now.

But God does not violate the free will of other people. They have authority over themselves more than I do.

I may have authority over demons, but if those demons gained access to a person because of wrong thinking and that person has accepted and embraced those things,

it becomes a stronghold in their life. And you have to deal with that person and get that person to change their thinking.
