Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today is the beginning of my third week teaching on the believers authority.

And I tell you, I'm really promoting this, but it's because this has changed my life.

This is one of the foundational truths that has just opened up my understanding on so many things.

Most people do not relate to other people and they also don't relate to God understanding

authority.

And yet authority is just something that affects everybody.

You know, I had a man come up to me one time after I had ministered and he saw my wife

and I believe my wife Jamie Jamie, always dresses very nicely.

And she's modest, and everything about her is just really good.

But this guy, he was an ultra Pentecostal, and she was wearing gold, and she had on makeup,

and she had combed her hair in a way that he didn't approve of.

So anyway, this guy came up and started reading me the riot act about you need to do something with your wife

and you need to do these things. And I just interrupted him and I said, hey, who gave you

authority to tell me and my wife how she should dress? And he said, well, and he started trying to do things.

And I said, you don't have any authority in my life.

I said, I don't have to listen to you.
