I actually recorded and released this as a beerist's mini for our Patreon supporters a few days ago.

And after it came out on the patrons-only feed, I got some messages from patrons of the show

saying that this would probably come in handy to the rest of our listeners and that I should release it to the main feed.

It's part of a series of these opinion pieces I've been working on, so it's not like our

other shows, it's not a review, it's more about how I view certain parts of the culture

or writings or different issues in the beer industry that are important enough to me that I've

gone in and thought about, sometimes done a little

research on, and try to crystallize my opinion on it.

So yeah, they don't come out very often.
