Hello, my friends, is Sally Clarkson. Welcome to at home with Sally and friends. That's what it used to be. And today is a fun day for Nathan and me. We have a book that we wrote that we're kind of doing a soft release on because we know that everybody has been inundated

over the holidays with things to buy, things to do, things to enjoy at your home.

And so we wanted to put out a gentle but very meaningful book that we thought would be

of encouragement to you this time of year.

Here you are again on my podcast

because we are sitting in Colorado, looking out of the forest, having fun. And so we thought we

would do this today before Nathan Leapth. I know. I'm trying to, you know, as some of you might know,

I live in New York City with my wife, Keelia. And we love New York. We love the energy and the life and the noise,

but it can also get a little overwhelming time. So I'm trying to soak up every minute of

beautiful trees and big rooms and laughing and having fun and eating as much as I came before

we fly back into the New Year's. So it's really fun being here.

Well, tell us about where you live in the little rooms and where Central Park is.

Give us some color. Well, we live in New York City and it's just beautiful and fun.

You know, I have a friend who says when you step outside in New York City, it feels like you're

walking onto a stage. And so everyone's playing a part. It feels like it really does

kind of feel like a musical almost, which is so, so much fun. And we absolutely love it. But we also

love coming home to the quiet trees and the beautiful mountains. And so I feel like we kind of get
