0:25.2	Last week I was out of town for five days and when I got home my five year old son ran up to me he gave me this big
0:30.8	hug he wrapped his arms around me.
0:33.2	And of course I loved that because I'm his father.
0:35.8	I love giving him hugs.
0:36.8	I love seeing him excited to see me.
0:38.9	But I was shocked by the first thing he said to me.
0:42.4	He looked me straight in the eyes and he said,
0:44.4	Daddy, now that you're back, we can do our truths. Now that probably doesn't make any
0:49.9	sense to you, so let me explain it. His truths are in every night ritual that we do every night before he goes to bed and while they're all true statements, they're more than that. They're blessings. I'm giving him a word of blessing over his life and when I tell him his
1:04.7	truths, his blessings, he shuts his eyes and he takes it in. This is what I say to him every night.
1:09.9	I say, Oliver, you are my son.
1:13.5	I love you.
1:14.7	I am proud of you.
1:16.1	You have what it takes.
1:18.0	Your mommy loves you, your daddy loves you,
1:20.0	your Iris loves you, but most of all Jesus loves you.
