I used to get a high off of competing with some of the toughest, the biggest trash talkers.

I used to love it because I know you're going to be locked in the ring with me tomorrow.

And it's going to be something different.

It's going to be a different situation.

Because when I hit you, I'm going to hit you over and over and over again and over again

at confidence that I used to see when I see a lot of guys at the press conferences.

And even when they hop into the ring at first, very confident.

As soon as you hit them, continue to see little bit, little cheeks in their armor. And, you know, that's one thing that

used to just give me just more energy, being able to see a tough guy, you know, just wither away

a little bit and just really feel like I'm taking something from him, taking something out of.

On today's episode of the CLS experience with a very special treat, he's a dynamic professional

boxer and two-time multi-weight champion.

Before turning pro, he won the National Golden Glove tournament in both 2001 and 2003.

He represented the US in the 2003 World Championships, winning a bronze medal.

He also represented Haiti in the 2004 Olympics.

He holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Haiti,

and since turning pro in 2004, he's become a legend,
