that they have never done at Arlington Heights where they're doing like the environmental

studies. They've never done

that I don't think you need to do that or I never did the traffic study you've like they all the

obviously you had the purchase price but that was done by the previous regime all the next steps

to be taken it seems like they've been consistently more serious um like from a back room type of thing to get it approved at Hammond than they have been at Arlington Heights.

Is that not just a leverage play?

Maybe, it may not be, but to me, I think if you are reading the tea leaves and looking at this from a bird's eye view, the bears clearly want Arlington Heights.
