0:06.0	Chances are they might have been the Palomar knot and the clinch knot.
0:10.0	We're going head to head right now.

0:17.0	I'm going to pass the line through the eye of the hook. Switch hands, keep this loop open.
0:23.6	Pass the tag end five times around the standing line.
0:27.6	Three, four, five.
0:29.6	And then the tag in goes back through this loop.
0:33.6	Hold on to the tag in for a second as you pull it tight and cinch it down.
0:38.3	That's the clench.
0:40.3	So I'm going to double the line over, pass it through the eye of the hook,
0:49.3	and then I'm going to tie your basic overhand knot.
0:56.0	I have this loop and I'm going to pass this loop over the hook or your lure.
1:06.0	And then with the doubled line, I'm going to pull this tight and it's going to cinch down right in front of the knot.
1:13.6	It's best to lubricate the knot before you cinch it down for maximum knot strength.
1:23.6	So the Palomar versus the clinch, the Palomar edges out the clench knot, 91.36% for the palomar,
1:35.3	89% for the clench.
