0:17.9	It's after the new year and ready for a crazy 2025 already.
0:22.6	So we were talking right before we started, we were talking about taking the decorations down either if you were a right away person or an after the new year person.
0:36.6	Sounds like a little bit of combination of both.
0:39.1	I was going to say, kind of a combo of both.
0:40.9	I started on the first, taking down some,
0:43.8	but I have still the Christmas tree up in the living room right now.
0:46.7	So that'll probably be what I'll end up doing after the podcast here is getting to work on taking down some things.

0:59.0	But here in Florida it just stays so warm so it's it's kind of hard to tell it's, you know,

1:07.0	Did you grow up in Florida?
1:08.5	I actually grew up in Pennsylvania.
1:13.6	I've been here in Florida for about 10 years now. So I was, I grew up with the snow.
1:16.6	I grew up with the very cold, gloomy weather for most of the winter here.
1:22.6	And I was so, once I got to the point where I wanted, I knew I wanted to move down to Florida,
1:30.2	I was like, I got to get away from this cold weather.
1:32.3	I just, it just got me.
1:34.2	That was the reason that you moved to Florida, the cold weather?
